1. Non-Refundable Policy: Once the booking is issued, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled. 2. Cancellation Requests & Fines: If a cancellation request is submitted and approved, penalties and fines will be applied according to the policies of the respective airline or hotel. 3. Group & Multi-Passenger Bookings: Partial cancellation is not permitted; an individual passenger's booking cannot be canceled separately if the reservation includes multiple travelers.

1. Travel Document Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date. The company holds no responsibility for passport expiration or any legal or security travel restrictions imposed on the traveler. 2. Hotel Check-in and Check-out Policy: Room check-in begins after 14:00 PM. Rooms must be vacated and checked out before 12:00 PM upon the conclusion of the trip program. 3. Late Check-out Fines: The company is not responsible for any delay by the traveler in checking out after 12:00 PM. The traveler shall personally bear all fines and financial consequences in the event an extra night is charged. 4. Punctuality: Travelers must strictly adhere to the schedule and timings set by the company representative for all tours and transfers. 5. Tour Schedule Flexibility: The company representative reserves the right to reorder, advance, or delay sightseeing tours as deemed appropriate based on trip circumstances. 6. Flight Schedules: The company is not responsible for any changes or modifications to departure or return flight schedules made by the airline. 7. Flight Emergencies and Additional Costs: In the event of an emergency leading to flight cancellation or date changes, the traveler shall bear all additional costs and financial differences for any extra nights spent at the hotel.
