1. Accommodation Details: The overland Umrah program includes a 2-night stay in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and a 5-night stay in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. 2. Hotel Policy: Hotels are subject to change with equivalent standards specified in the program (Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah: Central Area / Makkah Al-Mukarramah: Mahbas Al-Jin area). 3. Service Inclusions: The program covers all services in Makkah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, including transportation and religious tours, with the option to organize an optional tour to Jeddah at the traveler's own expense. 4. Delay Liability: The company is not responsible for any delays caused by the traveler during departure, return, or while performing the Umrah rituals. 5. Passport Validity: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel; otherwise, the company assumes no liability for any issues or travel restrictions the passenger may encounter.
