Visa Non-Cancellable: Once the visa application has been submitted to the authorities, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified under any circumstances. Trip Cancellation Requests: In case a passenger requests to cancel their booking, an official request will be submitted to the airlines and hotels along with a valid and compelling reason. The approval of the cancellation and any applicable refund amounts are entirely subject to the terms and policies of the respective airlines and hotels.

1. Passport Validity: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 2. Visa Stay Duration: The granted visa is a tourist visa allowing a stay of only 10 days within the Sultanate of Oman. 3. Family and Group Applications: In the event of travel applications submitted for a family or group, where visas are issued for some members and rejected or delayed for others, the accepted members must travel on schedule. The company bears no responsibility for canceling the reservation for the entire group, and the responsibility rests solely on the affected individual. 4. Visa Rejection Policy: Upon refunding the amount to a passenger whose visa was rejected, actual non-refundable visa fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded according to the cancellation and refund policy of the airline and the booked hotel. 5. Hotel Check-in Time: Available after 14:00 (2:00 PM) upon arrival. 6. Hotel Check-out Time: Must be completed before 12:00 (12:00 PM) upon departure. 7. Late Check-out Penalty: The company is not responsible for any delay by the passenger in checking out past the specified time. In case of exceeding the time, financial penalties or an additional night's charge will be applied directly by the hotel to the passenger. 8. Hotel Classification: Hotel categories and ratings are determined based on the passenger's choice and according to the approved price for each hotel in the program. 9. Emergency Hotel Changes: In the event of any unforeseen issue or obstacle with the booking from the hotel's side, the company commits to relocating and housing the passenger in another hotel of the same standard or higher at no extra charge. 10. Passenger-Requested Hotel Changes: In the event that the passenger requests to change their hotel, price differences and change/cancellation fees will apply according to the hotel's official policies and notifications. 11. Tour Compliance: Please strictly adhere to the instructions and schedule provided by the tour representative to ensure a smooth itinerary. 12. Missed Departures: The tour representative has the right to depart and continue the itinerary if the passenger fails to meet the scheduled departure times. 13. Optional Sightseeing: All sightseeing tours mentioned in the itinerary are optional, and passengers have the freedom to participate or rest. 14. Flight Schedule Modifications and Airline Changes: The company is not responsible for any modification, change, schedule adjustment, or cancellation regarding international or domestic flight schedules and routes. Please note that the airline is subject to change to Iraqi Airways. All such matters are subject solely to the operating airlines' policies and procedures. 15. Luggage and Belongings: The passenger is solely responsible for protecting and keeping track of their personal belongings and luggage. The company bears no legal or financial liability in the event of loss, theft, or damage to any personal items throughout the trip.
