Once the booking has been confirmed through the system and a booking confirmation notification has been received, the reservation shall be considered final and confirmed, and shall not be subject to changes or cancellation. Any request for cancellation or modification after confirmation will be subject to the applicable penalties and fees imposed in accordance with the policies and terms of the relevant airlines and hotels.

1. The prices do not include the visa fee payable upon arrival at the airport, which is approximately USD 35. 2. Passengers must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel. 3. Hotel check-in is available after 2:00 PM, in accordance with the hotel's official check-in policy. 4. Hotel rooms must be vacated on the departure day before 12:00 PM, in accordance with the hotel's official check-out policy. 5. The company is not responsible for any changes to flight departure times, whether for outbound or return flights, as such changes are subject to the decisions of the airlines and relevant authorities. 6. All sightseeing tours and excursions in Cairo are optional and are not included in the basic package price. Payment for these activities must be made directly to the tour representative. 7. All passengers must comply with the tour representative's instructions and adhere to the scheduled times for sightseeing tours and excursions. In the event that a passenger fails to comply with the specified times or instructions, the tour representative reserves the right to proceed with the tour without waiting for the passenger, and the company shall bear no responsibility for any resulting inconvenience. 8. In the event of a group or family booking, if travel approval is denied to any member of the group or family, the refund process will apply only to the passenger whose travel approval was denied, subject to the applicable refund policy. The remaining members of the group or family must proceed with their travel arrangements, as their confirmed bookings are non-changeable and non-cancellable.
