Program Flexibility: The company or the tour guide reserves the right to reschedule or adjust the daily itinerary sequence as deemed appropriate for safety and operational conditions. 5. Actual Stay Duration: The actual full stay in Malaysia is 8 nights (6 nights in Kuala Lumpur and 2 nights on Langkawi Island) 6. Luggage and Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or luggage in hotels, transportation vehicles, or tourist sites . 7. Check-in and Check-out Policy: Hotel room check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. The company is not liable for any late check-out fees; the traveler shall bear all additional charges imposed by the hotel if they exceed the check-out time. 8. Hotel Changes: The selected hotels are confirmed as per the booking details. In the event of any modification or cancellation by the hotel management beyond the company's control, the company commits to providing an alternative hotel of the same category and standard.
