Day 1

Arrival

Reception at Kuala Lumpur International Airport by the company representative, followed by transfer to the hote

Day 2

Morning: After breakfast, meet the company representative, then head to visit the Indian Temple (Batu Caves)

Genting Highlands: Proceed to Genting Highlands, a large amusement city built on a mountain peak featuring a snow park, various entertainment venues, hotels, and international restaurants. It can be reached via cable car or car, and the area enjoys cool weather as it stands 1,800 meters above sea leve

Day 3

Sunway Lagoon Resort

Morning: After breakfast, meet the company representative, then head to Sunway Lagoon Resort, the largest water park in East Asia, featuring many fun water games. Afterward: Visit the nearby Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, a large commercial center featuring an ice-skating rink in its center.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed Booking Cancellation: Bookings cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and officially submitted. Cancellation Requests: In the event of a cancellation request, it is subject to the policies and approval of the respective hotels and airlines; if approved, applicable penalty fees determined by them will apply.

Terms & Conditions

- Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. The company is not responsible for any travel restrictions resulting from passports with shorter validity. - Duration of Stay & Hotel Timings: The actual duration of the hotel stay is 8 nights only, and the company is not responsible for any additional nights. Hotel check-in time is at 14:00 (2:00 PM) upon arrival, and check-out must be before 12:00 PM (noon) on departure day. - Transportation and Activities: All tour transfers in Kuala Lumpur are included in the price; however, entry tickets to tourist attractions and sites are not included. - Compliance with Representative's Instructions and Schedules: Travelers must strictly adhere to the instructions of the company representative and the designated schedule during internal transfers and tours. In case of non-compliance, the representative reserves the right to depart without the traveler to maintain the schedule. - Liability for Damages: The traveler bears all financial and legal consequences in the event of causing any damage to the hotel facilities (inside or outside the room) or to the bus/vehicle during tours and transfers. - Flight Schedules: The company is not responsible for any changes to flight departure or arrival schedules, or modifications to travel dates made by airlines due to emergency or operational conditions. - Accommodation & Modification Policy: Hotel stays will be as specified in the agreement. In the event of any issue with the booked hotel, the company is committed to providing an alternative hotel of the same standard. If the traveler requests a hotel change, it is subject to hotel policies and the traveler will bear any price difference.
